We are actively working on a solution to fix Bambaland. Thank you for your patience. The merchant hosts are now throttling our service which is causing the errors. It’s frustrating on all fronts, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
If you are unable to access Bambaland, e-mail your IP address to CS@threeaonline.com and we will forward the info on to the host. This is only a temporary remedy until a more permanent solution is found. Yes, we are looking into switching host servers.
Pre-order-able figures will not leave the store until everything is fixed.
